About Leak Detection Solution
Leak Detection Solution was founded in 2024 with a clear purpose: to provide industry-leading leak detection services at a more competitive price, without compromising on quality or expertise.

Our story begins with our founder, who was born in Kent in 1975 and raised in Basingstoke from the age of five. With a passion for construction from an early age, he pursued studies in plumbing and construction, completing an apprenticeship alongside his college education.
In 1998, he launched his first property restoration company, laying the groundwork for what would become a lifelong career in water damage and leak detection. Two years later, he joined Munters Ltd (now Polygon) as a water damage restoration technician. There, he worked hands-on in homes impacted by leaks and flooding, carrying out strip-out works, treating mould, and installing specialist drying equipment—all while closely monitoring moisture levels to ensure complete structural dryness.

His expertise deepened in 2001 when he became a Leak Detection Technician and completed specialist training in thermal imaging at the Academy of Infra-red training. Over the following years, he built a reputation in the industry through roles at leading companies such as Belfor, SOS Leak Detection, and LDS Leak Detection Specialists.
With over two decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to innovation and integrity, Leak Detection Solution was created to raise the standard in the leak detection industry. Our team combines technical excellence with a customer-focused approach, offering fast, accurate diagnostics using the latest technology—including thermal imaging, acoustic listening devices, and moisture mapping tools.
